Cancellations:

Should you decide to cancel your subscription you may do so by logging into your PayPal account. Find your Profit Resources 4 U subscription and select cancel. Please note that membership access will be disabled the day of cancellation.

Refunds:

As no Advertising company can guarantee you sales there are no refunds. The ability to make sales using our high value benefits is based strictly on the demand for the product/services/opportunities offered and your creativity in presenting your services to our receipients.

You may request to stop further mailings at anytime by sending an e-mail to support@profitresources4u.com. Your information will never be sold to any third party.

Compliance Policy:

Profit Resources 4 U may change, alter, add, or detract conditions of subscription, products, services, and compensation at any time and for any reason. Profit Resources 4 U reserves the right to terminate a subscriber at any time for violating any of our policies regardless of fault.

All disputes and claims relating to Profit Resources 4 U, this Agreement, the Profit Resources 4 U compensation plan, or its products, the rights and obligations of a Representative and Profit Resources 4 U, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance of either a Representative or Profit Resources 4 U under the Agreement or the rules and regulations, and/or a Representative's purchase of products shall be adjudicated totally and finally in the state of Oklahoma, or such other location as Profit Resources 4 U prescribes.

Profit Resources 4 U and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable for, and the member hereby releases the foregoing from and waives any claim for loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to Profit Resources 4 U performance, non-performance, act, or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matters between the member and Profit Resources 4 U whether sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability.
